After signing in with your Pinkbike credentials, you can find your profile information under Dropdown > Profile.
How do I edit my profile information?
You should ensure that your email address is current. We send password reset and activation emails to the email address that you have on file, so if you have an email address that is no longer in use, that can cause account access issues. Aside from your username, you can alter all of the fields in your profile. To change your username, you will have to contact support and provide reasoning as to why you'd like to change your username. To edit your information you can simply visit your profile, and click the edit button under your details.
How do I add a custom status to my profile?
To add a custom status to your profile, click on the pencil image located underneath your username on your profile page.
Note: This field is restricted to 200 characters.
How do I get a picture under my username?
You can upload your picture under your profile by going to the dropdown > profile > edit profile > change headshot.
Note: Your headshot represents your engagement in the cycling community.
The headshot associates your likeness to your photos, videos, messages and discussions.
It sets a tone for who you are in discussions and messages and allowing others to treat you with respect as an individual rider in the community. Please remember to abide by the Community Rules & Guidelines when you update the information in your profile.
