Understanding Username Requirements
Pinkbike supports unique usernames for every account. Usernames cannot be reused if they are already taken or have ever been associated with another Pinkbike account. Ensure your desired username meets our guidelines: it should be community-friendly, between 3–20 characters, and free of special symbols.
Steps to Change Your Username
- Log in to your Pinkbike account.

Go to your profile settings page.

Locate the 'Username' field and enter your desired new username.
Note: You can only change your username once!
- Click 'Change Username' to submit your change.
If Your Desired Username is Unavailable
If you receive an error stating the username is unavailable or was previously used, Pinkbike will not allow you to select it via self-service. In these cases, you can contact our support team. Provide proof of account ownership and your desired username. We’ll review your request and manually update your username.
